These Terms of Use govern access to and use of NexCRM ("the Service"), provided by NEX SOCIETÀ COOPERATIVA – IMPRESA SOCIALE ("Nex", "we"). By registering for or using the Service, you fully accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
NexCRM is a CRM and task management platform for organizations, allowing you to manage company and contact records, tasks, documents, and meetings, with AI-powered automatic document classification and meeting transcription/summarization.
Access to the Service requires an account associated with an organization. Organization administrators can invite, manage, and revoke access for other users and set their permissions. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Your organization is the data controller for information about third parties (contacts, companies, documents, meeting recordings) entered into the Service, and is responsible for ensuring that such processing complies with the GDPR and any applicable law, including having a valid legal basis for processing third-party data. Nex processes this data as a processor, acting on your organization's instructions, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you agree not to:
Document classification, transcription, and meeting summarization features are generated automatically using third-party AI models (Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Transcribe) and may contain inaccuracies. These outputs are provided for informational and assistive purposes only and should be verified by you before being relied upon for important decisions.
Data uploaded or entered into the Service by your organization remains the property of your organization. The software, the NexCRM trademark, and all other elements of the Service remain the property of Nex or its licensors.
We aim to keep the Service available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or updates.
To the extent permitted by law, Nex shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
We reserve the right to suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk to the Service or other users.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the place where Nex is registered, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights where applicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users; continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
